Helping you feel rested, supported, and confident at home.
The first weeks after your baby arrives are full of wonder, adjustment, and big emotions. You don't have to navigate them alone. I provide caring, hands-on support in your home so you can rest, recover, and focus on bonding with your little one.
About Me
Caring for infants and young children has always been at the heart of who I am. From an early age, I found myself naturally stepping into supportive roles, helping care for younger cousins and assisting neighborhood families. What began as instinctive compassion has grown into a lifelong commitment to supporting children and the families who love them.
With over 20 years of professional experience, I have worked across a wide range of settings, including classrooms, early intervention centers, private family homes as a nanny, and therapeutic environments as an ABA therapist. I also owned and operated a home daycare, where I provided individualized, family-centered care in a nurturing home setting. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of child development, as well as the day-to-day realities and needs of families.
Today, as a postpartum doula and a mother of three, I offer calm, compassionate, and practical support during one of life’s most meaningful transitions. I understand that the early weeks with a newborn can feel both beautiful and overwhelming. My role is to help you rest, feel confident, and fully supported, so you can focus on bonding with your baby and settling into your new rhythm.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Worcester State University and am certified in Adult, Child, and Infant First Aid/CPR/AED through the American Red Cross.
